TERMS OF USE
OF THE WINBOOKING.COM PLATFORM - USERS
1. Subject
These Terms govern the use of the web platform winbooking.com
(hereinafter the “Platform”), managed by WinBooking.com Srl, with
registered office in VIA VALPOLICELLA 20/A - 37124 Parona VR, VAT no. 05173960237, PEC
winbooking.com@lamiapec.it (hereinafter “WinBooking”), by users accessing accommodation booking services.
2. Nature of the service
The Platform allows users to:
view available accommodation options;
make bookings.
WinBooking provides exclusively a technological service of informational intermediation and therefore:
is not a party to the accommodation contract;
does not provide accommodation services;
is not an event organizer;
does not act as a tour operator or travel agency.
3. Offers and bookings
Accommodation options available on the Platform are provided by third parties (hereinafter the “Service Provider”), which may include:
accommodation facilities;
event organizers;
intermediaries appointed by event organizers.
Bookings made through the Platform are subject to the conditions defined by the Service Provider.
The user is required to carefully verify:
prices;
availability;
booking conditions;
cancellation policy.
4. Payments
Payment methods are established by the Service Provider and communicated during the booking process.
WinBooking is not a party to the economic relationship between the user and the Service Provider.
5. Liability
The Service Provider is solely responsible for:
the accuracy of the published information;
availability and pricing;
the provision of the accommodation service;
the management of the booking.
WinBooking shall not be liable for:
any inaccuracies in the information provided;
changes, cancellations or unavailability;
issues related to the stay.
WinBooking does not guarantee continuous availability of the Platform nor the absence of technical errors.
6. Offers related to events
Accommodation offers available on the Platform may be linked to events organized by third parties.
WinBooking shall not be responsible for:
the organization of events;
any changes, postponements or cancellations of such events;
the impact that such events may have on the use of the booked stay.
7. Use of the platform
The user undertakes to:
provide truthful and updated data;
not use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
not interfere with the functioning of the Platform.
8. Personal data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Platform.
9. Amendments to the Terms
WinBooking may update these Terms for technical, regulatory or evolutionary reasons.
Changes will be published on the Platform.
10. Applicable law – exclusive jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, the Court of Verona shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
